The Engineer

The Engineer -
You must look at the local infrastructure and roads to see if the area can support a theme park.
Things to think about:
A) Is it easy to get to, are there major roads in place already?
B) Do you have to build more roads to handle the increase in traffic?
C) The park itself needs 400 acres, including all the rides and buildings.
1)Where are you going to get power to support all the energy needed to run everything?
2) Will the local water supply support a big construction site such as this?
3) Are there any major rule or restrictions for building in this area?
